How do I send a crash report / latest.log for help?

The fastest way to get help with a crash is to send us the log. HumbleServers makes this easy with a built-in share button, and you can always grab the files manually if you prefer.

Two easy ways

  1. In the Console, use "Share logs via mclo.gs" — it uploads the log and gives you a shareable link.
  2. Or open Files → logs/latest.log (and crash-reports/ for hard crashes), download it, and attach it.

Then open a ticket

Paste the mclo.gs link in your support ticket so our team can read the exact error alongside you. A link is easier for us to work with than a screenshot, since we can search the whole log.

Tip: The mclo.gs button is the quickest route — it captures the current run's log directly from the Console with one click, no downloading needed.
