Can I get a "dedicated port" so I run on a specific port like 25565?

There's no dedicated-port product — we don't sell "dedicated ports" as an add-on. If you want to run on a specific standard port like 25565, or otherwise need dedicated network access, the answer is an additional dedicated IP.

Why a dedicated IP, not a "dedicated port"

A dedicated IP gives you your own address, so you're free to use the default port.

1. We don't sell dedicated ports as an add-on.
2. If you want a clean address on a standard port (or otherwise need dedicated network access), get an additional dedicated IP ($4/month per IP) — with your own IP you can run on the game's default port and skip sharing a port number.
3. Additional general port allocations (for web maps, extra services) are free from the Ports tab.

Tip: A dedicated IP is the way to get default-port, no-port-number connections — that's what replaces the idea of a "dedicated port."

Extra ports for services

If you just need more ports for side services, that's separate and free.
