How do I purchase a dedicated IP, and my purchase button isn't working?

Additional dedicated IPs are a $4/month add-on bought through billing. And if the purchase button misbehaves, don't worry — we can add the IP manually from a ticket.

Buying an additional IP

Remember your VPS already includes one dedicated IP; this is for extras.

1. Order additional IPs ($4/month each) from your billing account for the relevant service.
2. Once active, we assign the IP to your server — contact us if it doesn't auto-apply.
3. Start using the new address once it's assigned.

Tip: Each additional IP is $4/month. If the checkout button won't cooperate, we can add the IP manually from a ticket — you won't be stuck.

If the purchase button isn't working

A quick refresh often clears it; if not, we'll handle it for you.

1. Try a page refresh or a different browser.
2. If the button still does nothing, open a ticket.
3. We'll provision the IP manually.
