How do I purchase a dedicated IP, and my purchase button isn't working?

Dedicated IPs (and other add-ons) aren't sold any more, so there's no purchase button for them. If you need something special, message the team and we'll tell you what's possible.

Note: VPS plans aren't sold any more. If you already have a VPS with us, message the team for help.

If you need an additional IP

Remember your VPS already includes one dedicated IP.

1. Message the team and tell us what you need the extra IP for.
2. We'll let you know what's possible for your service.

Tip: Every game server also gets a free address, <short ID>.humbleservers.net, which is often all players need.

If the purchase button isn't working

A quick refresh often clears it; if not, we'll handle it for you.

1. Try a page refresh or a different browser.
2. If the button still does nothing, message the team from the Messages page in the client area (https://humbleservers.com/client/support/chat).
3. We'll help you sort it out.
