Can support upload files or folders to my server for me?

We're happy to assist with uploads when you're stuck, and we do it using scoped access rather than your password. For most transfers, though, SFTP will actually be quicker for you to do yourself.

How we help

Adding us as a subuser with Files permission lets us place files exactly where they need to go, then step back out. You keep control of your account and revoke the access the moment we're finished.

How to arrange it

Add us as a subuser with Files permission via the Users tab.
Share a download link to the file(s) so we can place them for you, or let us know where they should go.
Revoke the access once it's done.

Warning: We won't ask for your panel password — subuser access is the safe route. Most uploads are quicker for you to do over SFTP, though.
