How do I reset only the Nether or only the End?

Dimensions are separate folders

Your world is split across folders: world (the Overworld), world_nether (the Nether), and world_the_end (the End). Deleting one dimension's folder regenerates only that dimension — the others stay exactly as they are.

2. In Files, delete world_nether (Nether) and/or world_the_end (End) — leave world alone to keep the Overworld.
