For the lowest ping, pick the location closest to most of your players. We host in North America (New York) and Europe (Germany), and choosing the nearer of the two for your main audience makes the biggest difference.

Ping is driven mostly by physical distance and routing, so location is the lever.

1. We host in North America (New York) and Europe (Germany).
2. For North or South American players, choose our NA (New York) location; for European or nearby players, choose EU (Germany).
3. LatAm players are usually best served by NA — there's no single location that's low-ping for everyone globally.
