Where are your support teams located?
Our team monitors every node, in New York, USA (EPYC 7451 and 4244P) and in Germany (Ryzen 3600 and 7700).
What is the typical response time?
Humble AI in the client area replies right away and can hand you to a person. On Discord, staff and other players often answer general questions quickly. For technical or billing tickets we aim to reply within 24 hours, depending on how complex they are.
