Can I cancel one specific server when I have multiple?

If you run more than one service with us, you can cancel just the one you no longer need and keep the rest running.

Each service is separate

Every service on your account is billed and cancelled on its own. Cancelling one has no effect on your other servers.

Open your billing account and find the specific service.
Request cancellation for that service only (or name it clearly in a billing ticket).

Tip: Note the server's IP or name in your request so there's no mix-up about which one you mean.

Will cancelling one server affect the others? No — each service is independent, so the rest keep running as normal.
