Moving to a cheaper plan

You can downgrade to a cheaper plan at any time. The lower price applies going forward from your next cycle.

No credit for the difference

We don't credit the price difference, and there's no compensation for downgrading. The savings come through as a lower charge on future invoices rather than as a refund or credit for the current period.

Tip: Since the lower rate starts next cycle, time your downgrade to line up with your renewal to get the benefit sooner.
