I've been suspended for non-payment and I want to cancel instead of renew — can I still get my files?
If your server is suspended for non-payment and you'd rather cancel than renew, you don't have to lose your files in the process. We can arrange a short window to let you export your data first.
Getting your files before you cancel
Even when you've decided not to continue, your world and files are still on the suspended server for a limited time. We can open temporary access so you can download them.
- Open a ticket on our billing website.
- Let us know you'd like to cancel rather than pay, and ask for temporary file access.
- We'll arrange a short window for you to download your backups.
- Once you've exported your data, we'll cancel the service.
Warning: Reach out within the 10-day suspension window. After that the server is deleted and there may be no data left to recover.
