Billing & Account

Can I get a refund for a special circumstance (changed my mind, accidental purchase, an auto-renewal I didn't intend, or a plan that didn't help)?

Life happens — a plan changes, a renewal slips through, or a purchase turns out not to be the right fit. Here's how we handle refunds for special circumstances.

Inside the 72-hour window

Inside the 72-hour money-back window, any reason qualifies. Changed your mind, bought the wrong thing, hit an accidental renewal — it doesn't matter. Just open a ticket and we'll take care of it.

Outside the window

Once the standard window has closed, we review requests case by case (for example, an accidental renewal). Here's what to do:

  1. Open a billing ticket.
  2. Tell us what happened, in as much detail as you can.
  3. We'll take a fair look and let you know.

We can't guarantee a refund outside the standard window, but we'll always review it fairly.

Tip: The sooner you reach out about an accidental charge, the more we can do to help.

Frequently asked questions

Does "any reason" really mean any reason inside 72 hours? Yes — within the window you don't need to justify it. Just open a ticket.

Will you refund an auto-renewal I didn't intend? If it's inside the window, yes. If it's outside, open a ticket and we'll review it case by case.
