Do servers renew automatically, and how does renewal work?

Renewals are designed to be predictable, with plenty of lead time so nothing catches you by surprise.

How renewal works

• A renewal invoice is generated automatically 10 days before the due date.
• If you've set up automatic payment, it's paid on the due date on its own.
• If not, your server is suspended until you pay.
• You can also prepay early, or pay after suspension, to keep your service running.

The 10-day lead time gives you room to pay before anything is interrupted. Auto-pay is the simplest way to never miss a due date.
