Billing & Account
Do servers renew automatically, and how does renewal work?
Renewals are designed to be predictable, with plenty of lead time so nothing catches you by surprise.
How renewal works
- A renewal invoice is generated automatically 10 days before the due date.
- If you've set up automatic payment, it's paid on the due date on its own.
- If not, your server is suspended until you pay.
- You can also prepay early, or pay after suspension, to keep your service running.
Staying uninterrupted
The 10-day lead time gives you room to pay before anything is interrupted. Auto-pay is the simplest way to never miss a due date.

Frequently asked questions
Does my server renew on its own? A renewal invoice is generated automatically. If auto-pay is on, it's paid for you on the due date; if not, you pay it manually.
What happens if I don't pay by the due date? Your server is suspended until payment. You can still pay after suspension to bring it back, within the suspension window.
