You can let someone help run your server — or hand it over entirely — without ever sharing your password. Here's how to share access safely and how transfers work.
Sharing access without your password
Game panel servers support subusers, so you can grant access with the exact permissions you choose:
- Open your server in the game panel.
- Go to the Users tab.
- Add a subuser and select the permissions you want them to have.
They get their own access — no need to share your login.
Transferring a server
Game panel servers can be transferred between accounts, though your billing account itself can't be handed over. To transfer a server to another account, open a ticket and we'll handle it.
Warning: Never share your account password to give someone access — use a subuser instead, so you stay in control and can revoke it anytime.
