How do I request a refund, and how is it issued?
Requesting a refund is a quick ticket, and you get to choose how the money comes back to you. Here's exactly how it works.
How to request a refund
- Open a billing ticket requesting the refund (within the 72-hour window).
- Pick your preferred method:
- Original payment method — arrives in up to 15 working days. Note that the payment processing fee may not be refundable.
- Store credit — near-instant, always a full refund, and your credit never expires.
Choosing your refund method
Both methods return your money — the difference is speed and amount:
- Store credit is the fastest route and always returns the full value, making it ideal if you plan to host with us again.
- Original payment method sends the money back the way it came, but takes longer and the processing fee may be held back.
Tip: If you plan to host with us again, store credit is the fastest option and returns the full amount.
