If you need files back after a server was suspended or terminated, here's what recovery costs and what we need from you.
The cost
If a backup is found, a restore costs $5.
What we need
Provide the following in a billing ticket and we'll check availability:
- The old server IP.
- The console URL (which contains the server ID).
Warning: We can't guarantee a backup still exists — the sooner you open the ticket after suspension or termination, the better the odds of recovery.
