You can renew whenever suits you — ahead of time to stay comfortably in front, or after a suspension to bring a server back before any data is lost.

Renewing early

Open your billing account and pay the current or upcoming invoice to renew early.

Renewing ahead of the due date keeps everything running smoothly with no interruption.

Renewing a suspended server

If your server is already suspended, pay the outstanding invoice to bring it back. A suspended server is held for 10 days before deletion, so your data is intact as long as you pay within that window.

Warning: After the 10-day suspension window the server is deleted; renew before then to keep your data.
