Yes — if you're stuck producing a downloadable archive of your whole server, we can help. It's worth trying it yourself in the panel first, since that's often the quickest route, but we're here when a large server won't cooperate.

Overview

Archiving your server root into one file gives you a single, portable download. When that operation is too big to complete through the panel, we can generate the archive for you server-side and hand you the file.

How to get your archive

1. Try it first via the panel: archive the server root, then download the resulting file (see the Archive article).
2. If that fails (size, timeout), open a ticket and we can generate a .tar.gz of your server for you.
3. We'll share a download link or the file location once it's ready.

Warning: Very large archives take time and disk space to build; make sure you have free quota, or ask us to handle it.
