How to request specific files

1. Open a ticket with the server's Console URL from your browser history (Server ID + old IP).
2. Tell us exactly which folder or file you need.
3. If it's recoverable within the window, we'll retrieve it (a restore fee may apply on entry plans).

Warning: This only works while the deleted server's data is still retained (backups are kept for 30 days after deletion) — act fast, because once the window closes the data is gone.
