Moving to a different node
Yes — if your node is underperforming, we can move your server to another node. Just open a ticket and let us know what you're seeing, and we'll arrange the transfer.
A node transfer keeps your files intact, though your server's IP may change afterwards.
Tip: If you rely on a fixed IP (for example an allow-list or a hard-coded address somewhere), plan around the possibility of an IP change before requesting the move.
What's preserved and what changes
- Files: preserved — nothing is deleted in a transfer.
- IP: may change once your server lands on the new node.
