How do I find the console/panel URL of a deleted server?
Once a server is deleted it no longer appears in your panel, and its console URL stops working. The good news is that you can usually recover that URL from your own browser history — and it's exactly what we need to attempt a restore.
Why the Console URL matters
Your old server's Console URL contains its Server ID and its old IP. That's the key piece of information that lets us locate the precise server you had, so recovering the URL is the first and most important step.
How to find it
- Open your browser history and search for
panel.humbleservers.com— your old server's Console URL is in there. - Copy that full Console URL; it holds the Server ID and old IP we need.
- Open a ticket and paste the Console URL so we can match your old service quickly.
Warning: Deleted-server data is only retained for a limited period, so act promptly. To attempt any recovery we need the server's Console URL from your browser history (it contains the Server ID and old IP).
