Control Panel

I never received my welcome/setup email or a password-reset token — what now?

Your panel login is emailed to you automatically the moment your first service is set up, so a missing email is almost always a delivery hiccup rather than a missing account. In nearly every case the details are waiting in a filtered folder, or a quick password reset will get you straight in.

Why this happens

Welcome and setup emails are triggered on your billing email address as soon as your service provisions. If that message never appears in your inbox, the usual culprits are spam filtering, a mismatched email address, or an overly strict mail provider — not a missing account on our side.

How to get into your panel

  1. Search your inbox for mail from HumbleServers, and be sure to check your Promotions and Spam/Junk folders.
  2. Confirm you're checking the exact email address you used when you ordered (your billing email).
  3. Go to panel.humbleservers.com, click Forgot Password, and request a reset to that address — this often arrives even when the original welcome email didn't.
  4. If nothing lands within a few minutes, open a billing ticket and we'll resend your details or trigger a fresh reset token.

Tip: Add HumbleServers to your contacts or allow-list so future panel and billing emails don't get filtered away.

Tips & best practices

  • Keep your billing email address current so important messages always reach you.
  • Store your panel password in a password manager so you're never dependent on a reset email to log in.

Frequently asked questions

My reset link expired — what now? Just request a new one. Reset tokens are single-use and time-limited, so a fresh request will give you a working link.

I'm using a school or work email — could that be the problem? Very likely. Strict institutional filters often block our mail outright. A personal address is far more reliable for account and billing messages.
