Is the panel or website down, or under maintenance?
If the whole panel is unreachable, it's usually a brief hiccup or planned maintenance rather than a problem with your individual server. A few quick checks will tell you whether it's on our side or something local to your connection.
Overview
When the panel won't load at all, that's different from a single server being offline. A panel-wide issue affects everyone and is typically short-lived, while a single offline server points to that server or its node instead.
How to check
- Wait a couple of minutes and retry panel.humbleservers.com — transient blips clear quickly.
- Try a different network or device to rule out your own connection.
- Check our Discord announcements channel, where we post maintenance windows and incidents.
- If it stays down and there's no announcement, let us know in Discord live chat.
Tip: A single tab that won't load is often a local cache issue — a hard refresh or a private window frequently fixes it before anything else.

The panel is up but one of my servers is offline — is that an outage? No. That's a server or node issue rather than a panel outage. Open the Console tab for that server to see what's happening.
