I can't reach my server or the panel from my location — is it my ISP?
Sometimes the panel and your server are perfectly healthy, but your own network can't get through. When that happens, the problem points to a local or ISP-side issue — and a few quick tests will confirm it.
Overview
If a service is up for everyone else but not for you, the break is somewhere between your device and us: your Wi-Fi, your router, your ISP's routing, or a blocked port. Isolating which one narrows the fix quickly.
How to diagnose
- Test on mobile data or a different Wi-Fi network — if it works there, the problem is your original connection.
- Try a different browser or a private window to rule out extensions and cache.
- Restart your router and flush your DNS if only your home network is affected.
- If everyone is affected regardless of network, it's on our side — tell us in Discord.
Tip: Some ISPs and public/office networks block non-standard ports. Trying a VPN or a different network confirms whether that's the cause.
Frequently asked questions
Others can join but I can't — why? That points to something local to you: your network, a firewall, or your ISP's routing. Work through the steps above starting with a different network.
Nobody can connect at all — what should I check? Open the Console for your server and check our status announcements in Discord to see whether it's a server or platform-side issue.
