Which versions are available, what's the latest supported, and when are new ones added?
The Versions tab is your live, always-current list of everything you can install right now, neatly grouped by category. Rather than us maintaining a static list here, the tab itself is the source of truth for what's available and what's newest.
Where to see the catalog
The Versions tab lists every installable software — Vanilla, Paper, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, Purpur, Folia, Sponge, BungeeCord, Velocity, and more — with each one's selectable Minecraft versions and builds.
Checking availability
- Open the Versions tab to see the live catalog.
- Each software lists the Minecraft versions and builds you can pick.
- New Minecraft releases appear once the software providers publish stable builds for them.
Tip: If a brand-new Minecraft version isn't listed yet, it's usually because the upstream software (Paper, Forge, etc.) hasn't released a stable build for it. It'll appear once they do.
Frequently asked questions
The newest version is missing — why? Give it a little time after a Minecraft release for the software providers to catch up, or open a ticket to ask.
Where's the full list? It's all in the Versions tab — and the Minecraft KB has more detail.
