Do you have a specific egg, or can you add one I need?

Our egg library covers a wide range of games out of the box — but it isn't the whole story. If the egg you need isn't already available, there's a good chance we can import it for you.

What an egg is

In the panel, an "egg" is the template that tells your server how to install and run a particular game or application. We support many games through our egg library, and each one gives you the same familiar tools: Console, Files, Startup, and more.

Requesting an egg

If you need something we don't already offer, we can often import a specific egg on request — for example a Velocity egg, or one from the community parkervcp/eggs repository.

1. Open a support ticket telling us which egg you need.
2. Include the source if you have it (for example a repository name or link).
3. We'll review and import it where possible, then let you know it's ready.

Tip: The more detail you give us about the egg — game, version, and source — the faster we can get it set up for you.

Frequently asked questions

Can you import any egg? We can import many community eggs, but not every one is compatible with our setup. Open a ticket and we'll tell you whether yours will work.

Will importing an egg cost extra? Importing an egg to your existing plan is part of standard ticket support. If your request needs a different plan or resources, we'll let you know.
