Knowing where your server is physically hosted helps you understand ping and choose the best region for your players. Your server's location is easy to check, and if it's not ideal, we can move it.

Where to find your region

Your server's region is shown with your service, and the connection IP reflects the node it runs on. Our customer locations are:

• Washington (North America)
• Germany (Europe)

Changing your region

If you'd like to confirm your current location or move to another one, just ask — we can relocate your server to another location on request.

1. Open a support ticket telling us your current server and the region you'd like.
2. We'll confirm the move and let you know when it's done.

Tip: Pick the region closest to most of your players for the lowest ping.
