What's your uptime/SLA, and when is support available?

Wondering how reliable your server is and when you can reach us for help? This article covers how uptime works, what we do and don't formally guarantee, and the best ways to keep your own server rock-solid.

Uptime and availability

Your server runs 24/7 — it's online continuously, and setup is typically instant once your payment goes through, so you can start playing right away.

We don't offer a formal uptime SLA or downtime compensation, but our nodes include DDoS protection as standard and we work hard to keep everything running smoothly.

Getting support

For help, reach us through our support channels and via billing tickets — open a ticket any time and our team will get back to you.

Tip: The two easiest things you can do on your side are a scheduled restart (Schedules tab) and a custom domain — together they keep your uptime and player experience solid.
