The suspension-to-deletion timeline
If an invoice goes unpaid, the server is suspended, and after 10 days of suspension it's deleted (files removed). Renewal invoices go out 10 days ahead, so paying (or enabling auto-pay) before the due date avoids suspension entirely. A $1 late fee may apply.
Once a server is deleted, the data is gone unless you kept your own backup.
How to avoid losing your server
