Can you install the modpack for me?

Most modpack installs are designed to be self-serve — and for the common packs, the Modpacks tab really does make it a single click. If you get stuck on something unusual, our team is glad to guide you through it over a ticket.

Self-serve first

The Modpacks tab handles the popular packs automatically: pick your pack, click install, and the panel fetches the matching loader and all the mods for you. For the vast majority of people, that's all it takes to get up and running quickly.

When you need a hand

For an unlisted or custom pack, the process involves uploading server files via SFTP (see our custom modpack article). If you run into trouble:

  1. Try the steps in the relevant modpack article first.
  2. If you're still stuck, open a support ticket describing the pack and where it's failing.
  3. Our team will guide you through the setup.

We don't offer a paid hands-on setup service — support is self-serve plus standard ticket assistance. Between the one-click installers and our guidance, most people are up and running quickly.

Tip: When you open a ticket about a stuck install, share your Console log via mclo.gs — it helps us spot the problem far faster.

Frequently asked questions

Will you log in and install it for me? We don't do paid hands-on setups. Instead, we'll guide you through it via a ticket so you can get it done — most installs are just a click in the Modpacks tab anyway.

What if the pack isn't listed? See our article on installing a custom or unlisted modpack from its server files. If you get stuck partway, open a ticket.

Is there any extra charge for help? No — standard ticket assistance is included. There's simply no separate paid setup service.
