How do I move files, mods, and world between two of my servers?
If you run more than one server, you can copy files, mods, and even a whole world between them without reinstalling anything. This guide shows the clean way to do it.
How it works
You download the folders you want from the source server and upload them to the destination. The one requirement is that the destination runs matching software and version so plugins and mods load correctly.
Step-by-step
- On the source server, download the folders you want — use Files → Archive → download, or SFTP for large data.
- On the destination server, stop it and upload the folders (use SFTP for large worlds).
- Match the software/version on the destination in the Versions tab so plugins/mods load.
- Start the destination and verify in the Console.
