We're often asked whether you can spin up a free test server before committing. We don't offer a free trial right now — but our refund window makes trying HumbleServers genuinely low-risk.

Our approach instead of a trial

There's no free trial or test server at this time. What keeps trying us low-risk is the refund window: refunds are available within 72 hours via ticket. You can order a paid server, set it up, and if it's not the right fit, request your money back.

Refunds come back either to your original payment method, or as instant full store credit that never expires — your choice.

How to try us risk-free

1. Order the plan you're considering and set up your server.
2. Test it with your real setup — your modpack or plugins, and a few players.
3. If it's not for you, open a support ticket within 72 hours to request a refund.
4. Choose your refund back to your original method, or as instant store credit.

Tip: Because store credit never expires, taking the refund as credit is handy if you think you'll try a different plan later.
