How do I upgrade my plan or add more RAM?

Plan changes are done through billing, and your data stays put. Upgrading gives your existing server more resources without touching your world.

How upgrades work

Upgrades apply to the same server — same files, same world. You're just increasing the resources allocated to it, and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of your cycle.

  1. Go to the billing portal and open your service.
  2. Choose the upgrade (more RAM, or a higher tier), and pay the prorated difference.
  3. The new resources apply to your existing server immediately.

Standard tiers scale up to 20 GB RAM. If you need more than that, we can set up a custom size on request — open a ticket. Current per-tier pricing is in your billing portal.

Warning: Don't reinstall to "get" the upgrade — upgrading through billing keeps everything in place.

Frequently asked questions

Will my IP change? An in-place RAM/tier upgrade normally keeps your IP. A change that moves your server to different hardware can change it, and we'll tell you if so.

How is the cost calculated? Upgrades are pro-rata — you pay only the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
