The panel/billing won't let me change to Supreme — only same-tier upgrades show. Why?

Cross-tier moves — like Budget to Supreme — sometimes aren't a simple in-place upgrade, because they move you to different hardware or location. That's why the billing portal may only show same-tier options.

Why the option isn't there

An in-place upgrade adjusts resources on your current machine. A cross-tier move (e.g. Budget → Supreme) can mean relocating your server to different hardware, which is handled as a transfer rather than a one-click change.

How to make the move

  1. Check whether the Supreme option appears in your billing portal.
  2. If it isn't offered, open a ticket asking to move to Supreme.
  3. We'll set up the transfer so your world comes with you — your data is preserved.

Tip: Don't try to recreate the server yourself to switch tiers — a staff-handled transfer keeps all your files intact.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose my world moving to Supreme? No — the transfer copies your files. Your data is preserved.

Why can't I just click upgrade? Cross-tier moves can involve different hardware/location, so they're handled as a transfer via ticket rather than an in-place upgrade.
